This one goes to eleven.

In April 1999 we formed a company to make films and look after the interests of our new film festival which we had started planning. We wanted to be taken seriously. But now, already, it’s crazy to think that Filmstock is 10 years old this year.

With this in mind, you can rest assured this years’ event will be a monstrous celebration of this achievement. Expect the usual formidable line up of shorts, features and docs, plus our famous special screenings, but also, expect it to encompass a decade’s worth of filmmakers and filmmaking spirit. We are very excited to be embarking on this anniversary journey with you all.

First, as always, we need your films. We are now open so send em on in and help celebrate 10 years of a very unusual and individual film festival in style.

Finally... We are always thrilled to get great comments from people who've come to Filmstock, but a massive thank you to Louis who posted this on the withoutabox message board after coming last year.
